Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to operate and secure Gzng:

• account information such as your name, email address, and sign-in method;
• vision boards, notes, tasks, images, and other content you choose to add;
• basic technical and security information, including device, session, IP, and error data;
• connection details for optional services you explicitly connect, including Pinterest.

We use this information to provide your private workspace, save and export your boards, authenticate your account, prevent abuse, diagnose problems, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal information or use private board content for targeted advertising.

Pinterest is optional. When you choose to connect it, Pinterest asks for your permission before Gzng receives read-only access to your own boards and Pins. Gzng never receives your Pinterest password and does not publish, like, follow, or message on your behalf.

Gzng requests Pinterest content when you open the Pinterest picker. If you select a Pin for a vision board, the board keeps the Pin reference, its displayed image link, and a link back to the original Pin so attribution remains visible. OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest. Disconnecting Pinterest deletes the stored connection credentials; previously selected board items remain until you remove them or delete your account.

We share information only with infrastructure providers needed to run Gzng, with services you deliberately connect, or when required for safety or law. These providers may process data only to deliver their contracted service. We do not share private boards with other Gzng users unless you use an explicit sharing feature.

Gzng uses access controls, encrypted transport, private object storage, and encrypted third-party connection credentials. We keep account data while your account is active and retain limited security or backup records only as reasonably necessary. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we design the service to minimize access and exposure.

You control your information. From Account settings, you can:

• download a portable copy of your account data;
• review and revoke active sessions;
• disconnect Pinterest at any time;
• permanently delete your account, boards, items, and unshared uploads.

You may also have additional access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection rights under the law where you live. Use the account controls first so Gzng can securely verify that the request belongs to you.

Gzng is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If such information is identified, we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be presented in the service before they take effect. For privacy requests, sign in and use the secure export or deletion controls in Account settings; this is the fastest way for us to verify and honor your request.
